適逢三週年慶祝,出咗兩日限定嘅海膽拉麵,真係要神咁早出去排隊,果然未開舖已經排一百幾十人,前面有人用tablet打太鼓,後面有人話爆咗幾袋UO…呢啲嘢你唔會明嫁喇。
當日只賣一款海膽拉麵唔需要頭痕,只要揀好湯底濃淡同埋落唔落蔥就得,不過麵質都可以手寫決定軟硬,我就一定食硬身嘅。講起上嚟我其實無食過漁場台風嘅拉麵,因為我鍾意食沾麵多啲而沾麵只有午市會做。

雖然係最忙嘅週年慶,枱面都唔會七國咁亂。牆身有好多客人同餐廳嘅互動,裡面真係好多宅嘢…咳咳。

唔使好耐拉麵就已經做起,呢日排長龍都咁高速真係要用摩打手做嘢。湯底明顯比其他拉麵舖少,可能濃湯嘅意思就係唔去兌水掛。個濃湯味道就真係好重豬骨味,飲落亦夠漿口,鹹味重少少啦,或者正常濃度會更適合我。

聽講今次嘅豬肉係荷蘭豬,荷蘭豬又係咪真係荷蘭叻啲荷蘭好食啲呢?咁佢梗係出色過荷蘭叻果個渠頭啦,瘦肉嘅部份就韌少少但係肉香味濃,肥肉部份就入口即融充滿油香,平時街市啲豬肉梗係比唔上啦。呢度嘅叉燒又比其他舖頭嘅厚肉,啱晒我。

週年慶嘅麵聽講係特製,我無食過呢度嘅拉麵底所以比較唔到。落單時要求咗硬麵,呢點毫無疑問做得到,食落口硬度夠又唔會未熟。麵條掛湯能力亦強,吮麵時可以將豬骨湯一齊吮入口,唔會比沾麵遜色喎。

食拉麵溏心蛋就唔少得嘅,不過隻蛋蛋唔見咗?得返阿黃係度?平時溏心蛋我就成隻啪,既然佢搞成咁我直頭打散佢連埋拉麵一齊吮落去。就算無咗蛋白都仲有濃厚蛋黃香,一樣令人滿足。

話明海膽拉麵,說好的海膽呢?咁係得返呢舊嘢姐?之但係,泡嚟嘅?食一啖,師父明白了。點解隻蛋骨肉分離無咗蛋白,因為個蛋白用咗嚟打泡,否則單單係海膽又點會係白色?咁即係有無海膽味呢?係食得出嘅,但味道梗係無直接食一板板咁濃,$50就唔好要求太過份。只用蛋白嘅聰明之處係蛋白幾乎無味,所以就唔怕蓋過海膽味,同理我覺得唔好同個湯溝埋一齊食,否則就只會食到豬骨味。

$50蚊可以食到一碗完整嘅拉麵,計埋燈油火蠟人工舖租點都無可能有錢賺,絕對係感謝祭殺必死,為咗以後都有得食週年限定,係要多啲幫襯嘅。
